CM Siddaramaiah drove the KSRTC Pallakki buses in the program held in front of the grand step of Vidhana Soudha. Green signal has been given for 40 non-AC sleeper buses named Pallakki Utsav. A total of 148 buses have been run and out of 148 buses, 100 buses have free travel for women.
44 Women are not allowed free travel in AC sleeper. 4 Non-AC sleeper buses are also not allowed free travel. DCM DK Shivakumar, Transport Minister Ramalingareddy were present at the inauguration ceremony.
