Mysore: Forest officials raided the house of Mysore’s Udayagiri and arrested Abhirama Sundaram on the charge of illegally storing elephant teeth in his house. DCF Dr. Basavaraj, ACF Laxmikant, under the guidance of RFO Surendra conducted the operation. And the elephant’s tusk has been seized. An investigation is going on as to where the elephant tooth was found by the accused and why it was kept. A case has been registered under the Wildlife Forest Protection Act.
